Panchkarma, Rasayana & Yoga are highly specialised healing techniques of Ayurveda which offer a systematic programme of radical purification and revitalization. Panch karma literally means five actions. It involves a highly specialised series of therapeutic procedures which flushes out toxins from every cell, tissue organ and system of the body. Rasayana means rejuvenation. The main aim of Rasayana is to impart immunity and body resistance against disease and aging. Detoxification and stress reduction are critical to successful Rasayana.
